Design Works partnered with Ottewell Smiles to transform a commercial space into a welcoming, patient-focused dental clinic. The design incorporates multiple treatment rooms, sterilization and support areas, and a modern reception and waiting lounge—creating an environment that balances technical performance with patient comfort.

Specialized HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, communication, fire alarm, and security systems were tailored to meet the demanding requirements of dental equipment while supporting a calm, stress-free atmosphere. Through detailed design and continued involvement in construction documentation, bidding, and contract administration, the result is a clinic aligned with Ottewell Smiles’ mission: delivering top-quality care in a respectful, relaxing, and personalized setting.
