A complete tenant improvement transforming a bare commercial space into a fully functional office environment. The design includes 10 private offices, 2 boardrooms, a kitchen, a welcoming reception area, and an open cubicle workspace.
The layout was carefully planned to balance privacy, collaboration, and efficient circulation, ensuring the space meets the operational needs of a modern office while providing a comfortable, productive environment for staff and visitors. Integrated mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems support functionality, safety, and long-term performance.
