The project encompassed the development of a two-storey conventional building and associated site improvements across a 0.34-hectare commercial property.

Our team provided comprehensive HVAC and plumbing plans designed to ensure year-round comfort, efficiency, and reliability in a northern climate that demands high-performing systems. Energy modelling services supported both performance optimization and cost-effective operations, helping align the building with modern sustainability and efficiency standards. In addition, we developed fire protection strategies, including full sprinkler design, to ensure occupant safety and regulatory compliance.
