Design Works Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineering services for the Hudson's Bay re-demise at Bower Place Shopping Centre in Red Deer, AB, supporting the adaptive reuse of a major retail space.

Design Works Engineering is proud to have supported the Hudson's Bay re-demise at Bower Place Shopping Centre in Red Deer, Alberta.

Large-format retail conversions require careful coordination to reconfigure existing spaces into functional, leasable units while working within existing building systems and operational constraints.

Our team provided:

Through coordinated multidisciplinary design, we helped facilitate the successful transformation of this major retail space within one of Central Alberta's key commercial hubs.
