Jones has over 15 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a strong background in managing HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems for both residential and commercial building projects. Jones' expertise includes reviewing blueprints, project plans and specifications, as well as quality manuals, RFIs, RFAs, RFQs, shop drawings, building codes, and standards, in order to ensure that construction activities are completed within the project scope and schedule.
As a seasoned project manager, Jones has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget by conducting regular reviews of construction schedules and ensuring that project objectives are met. Additionally, Jones excels at building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, lead designers, public authorities, subcontractors, and vendors. Jones' technical skills include proficiency in various computer software. He is also well-versed in Ontario Health and Safety Standards for construction management.
As a goal-oriented and valuable team player, Jones is adept at solving engineering and project-related problems while managing multiple projects. During his free time, he enjoys trying new restaurants, hiking, and biking!
