With over 11 years of experience in Structural Engineering, Ajaz has had the unique opportunity to work in five countries around the world designing structures for a diverse range of markets, including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, theme parks, and recreational buildings. His exceptional work on several global projects has garnered recognition.
Ajaz's expertise lies in the design of both low-rise and high-rise buildings using concrete and steel structures. In recent years, he has also gained proficiency in digital design methods, which are increasingly vital in the Structural Engineering industry.
Having worked globally, Ajaz possesses a strong technical knowledge of structural design coupled with an empathetic, inclusive, and organized leadership style, which he applies continuously in his role at Design Works. His core work values of collaboration, creativity, and recognition drive his dedication to each project.
In his free time, Ajaz enjoys playing guitar as a member of a hard rock/classic metal band. His favourite local business is Sakis greek restaurants!
