Ahmed AlJarakh, P.Eng, was on site for a mechanical inspection at a new multi-use entertainment venue on Fort Road.

Ahmed AlJarakh, P.Eng., was on site in north Edmonton for a mechanical inspection at the Red Rock Eat & Entertainment and Fort Road Fun Park project.

Progress continues to be made on the massive entertainment and food venue, sitting on 12.37 acres and covering over 54,000 square feet.

This place is set to have EVERYTHING:
🎳 Bowling alley
⚾ Batting Cages
🏌️ Virtual Golf
🎱 Pool Tables
🦘 Trampoline Park
⚡ Laser Tag
🛝 Gymnasium/Play Area
🔪 Commercial Kitchen
🍽️ Restaurant

On the mechanical side, Ahmed designed a high-efficiency Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) with demand control ventilation. This kind of system allows real-time adjustments based on occupancy, up to 1,000 people! This system optimizes energy use and ensures thermal comfort, including dehumidification coils to maintain humidity control year round.

We’re excited to be supporting Landra Investment and Jetco Mechanical on this exciting build. Looking forward to taking part in the eventual grand opening!
