Design Works Engineering recently completed work on The Shores - II which will be ready for tenants March 2022. This West Coast Style apartment building features 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units which include in-suite washer/dryer, quartz countertops, and modern laminate flooring.  A fabulous stretch of riverside walking/bicycle trail runs along the back of the property. Heading north on the trail will bring you to the 5th Street bridge and downtown boutiques, or venture south all the way to the edge of the city near Best Buy and Walmart. The Courtenay Airpark is also enroute, a popular dog walking park that also provides beach access. A majority of the units will enjoy views of the Courtenay River and estuary.
