Inglewood Intersection 123 Apartments

Project Description

Inglewood Intersection 123 will be a 46-unit purpose-built apartment complex. Located in the central, mature Edmonton neighbourhood of Inglewood, this project benefits from its proximity to several prominent features.

First, the 3 lots that will be consolidated for the project sit 50 feet from 111 Avenue, which is currently undergoing a major revitalization starting with the restoration of green spaces and continuing with the transformation of former industrial blights to kitschy retail.

Second, the lots sit one block from 124 Street, which has become the north side's trendiest street with businesses like world-renowned Duchess Bakery, Edmonton's finest restaurant Rge Rd, funky Northern Chicken, and the 124 Grand Market.

Third, the project has incredible access to public transit, ferrying our tenants within minutes to NAIT, MacEwan University, and the Downtown core.

The most exciting part of the whole project is the fact that we have closed on 3 lots side-by-side-by-side. A land assembly of this scale is a rarity in neighbourhoods close to the core.

Inglewood Intersection 123 has received rezoning approval from the City of Edmonton and is scheduled to break ground summer 2019.
