Our involvement ensures that Ksana not only meets but exceeds current building standards, focusing on sustainability, efficiency, and occupant comfort.  

The development emphasizes connectivity and convenience, featuring over 9,000 square feet of retail space, a 4,923-square-foot childcare facility, and a three-level underground parkade accommodating 304 vehicles and 327 bicycles. Residents will also enjoy a range of amenities, including co-working spaces, wellness rooms, entertainment lounges, and landscaped rooftop terraces.
