Maynard Nursing Home is a 77-bed accredited care facility located in Toronto’s Trinity Bellwoods neighborhood, at the heart of the vibrant Little Portugal community. Established in 1961, the home is dedicated to delivering resident-centered care in a warm, family-like setting.

A full building assessment was completed, covering structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil systems. This comprehensive evaluation provided key insights into the current condition of the facility, supporting future planning, upgrades, and long-term maintenance to ensure continued safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
