Phase 1 of the Fredericton Islamic Centre establishes a dedicated 8,611 sq. ft. sanctuary with a 2,143 sq. ft. mezzanine—designed to serve Fredericton's growing Muslim community with dignity, warmth, and spiritual focus. Thoughtfully planned site infrastructure—including grading, servicing, and stormwater management—lays the foundation for a welcoming space where prayer, education, and intergenerational connection can flourish.
