Part of Phase 1 of the City of Toronto's regional modular housing project. The modular housing units will be designed and built offsite, then delivered and assembled. Our teams will pay special attention to energy efficiency and affordability, two major factors that will guarantee the longevity and effectiveness of this development.  Durham consists of a three-storey private residence containing 47 studio apartments, as well as a two-storey residence with dining areas and support rooms. ​
