Cy Becker Commercial is a mixed-use development designed to serve the growing northeast Edmonton community. The 1.97-acre site features three buildings: a two-storey, 16,313-square-foot structure with eight tenant units, a 4,430-square-foot single-storey building with four units, and a 3,195-square-foot single-storey building with one unit.

Design Works Engineering provided full Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Modelling services, including Building Permit documentation, construction drawings, specifications, and contract administration. The project balances functionality and flexibility, supporting a diverse range of commercial tenants while integrating modern systems to enhance building performance and long-term operational efficiency.
