Project Description

A 46,639 sq. ft. food processing facility designed to support high-volume production of soups, sauces, gravies, and side dishes. The facility integrates multiple shipping and receiving bays, diverse-sized kettles, and flexible packaging lines including pouch, tray, tub, and bulk bag formats. The design meets federal inspection requirements and QAI Organic Certification standards, while ensuring optimal food safety, workflow efficiency, and future expandability. Careful coordination was required to integrate industrial systems within a clean, controlled processing environment.
