After sustaining damage to several units, Design Works was brought in to provide structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering designs. This included HVAC and plumbing, power, lighting, communication, fire alarm, and security. Design Works also produced the architectural code review and drawings to help restore this building to an inhabitable stage once again.
