The Nourish Centre is a transformative 14,000 ft² facility designed to address the growing challenge of food insecurity in Strathcona County. Currently, the Strathcona Food Bank operates out of a space that can serve only 30% of families in need. The new, purpose-built centre will change that—offering a single-level, fully accessible layout with expanded storage, a grocery-style shopping model, a community kitchen, and gathering areas for volunteers and families.

Design Works Engineering is providing structural, mechanical, electrical, and energy modelling services to help bring this vital community hub to life—a space built for dignity, connection, and lasting impact.
