Project Description

An innovative reimagining of the historic Buena Vista Building on the corner of 124th Street and 102nd Avenue, The MacLaren consists of a 27-storey tower atop commercial space within the existing iconic building. The MacLaren preserves the character of this well-known corner in Edmonton’s Oliver neighbourhood, while promoting a modern, urban lifestyle in this prime locale. Construction commenced in July 2016 and completed in Fall 2019.
