Brought to life by The Gray Group and designed in collaboration with Fathom Studio, The Crossroads is a long-term development which will reshape the Town of Stratford's urban core. Spanning over 100 acres of land, it will feature over 2,600 mixed-residential units and over 250,000 ft² of commercial space.

Community is the heart of this project, where residents will have access to everything they need within Stratford, PEI, while addressing the need for affordable housing, effective traffic flow, and preservation of existing wetlands. Design Works is completing Civil Engineering services.
