Design and engineering services were provided for a new bike retail store, focused on supporting both sales and service functions within a clean, customer-friendly layout. The project included coordination of mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate bike displays, repair stations, and point-of-sale areas, while maintaining energy efficiency and compliance with commercial tenant improvement standards. Ventilation and lighting were tailored to enhance the retail experience and ensure comfort for both staff and customers.
