Located in Sherwood Park’s vibrant Emerald Hills community, Terra Vale is a purpose-built 55+ retirement residence offering comfort, connection, and contemporary design. The development features ten unique open-concept floorplans with modern kitchens, quartz countertops, walk-through closets, and private patios—creating thoughtfully designed spaces for independent living.

Design Works Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Modelling, and Fire Protection services for this project, integrating efficient, high-performance systems that enhance comfort, safety, and sustainability. With resort-style amenities including a fitness centre, golf simulator, community kitchen, and fenced dog park, Terra Vale delivers a modern, maintenance-free lifestyle for today’s active seniors.
