This two-level commercial project was designed with both functionality and comfort in mind. The main floor features a 3,447 ft² warehouse and shop, providing ample space for daily operations, while the 2,862 ft² second floor offers additional areas tailored for staff and customer interaction. Beyond the square footage, the layout was carefully planned to create a smooth flow between working, storage, and service spaces, ensuring that both employees and visitors experience an environment that feels efficient, welcoming, and easy to navigate.
