A 3-level, 12,000 sq. ft. housing complex designed and built to meet the urgent housing needs of the Pauquachin First Nation community in North Saanich on Vancouver Island. This thoughtfully planned 12-suite development offers a mix of one-bedroom and three-bedroom units, carefully designed to provide safe, comfortable, and culturally appropriate housing for residents.
The complex incorporates a variety of accessible features to accommodate tenants with varying mobility and support needs, ensuring inclusivity and long-term usability. Mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems were tailored to meet both residential code requirements and the specific needs of the community, delivering a durable, efficient, and resilient building that strengthens local housing capacity.
