One Delisle is a transformative residential development poised to redefine Toronto’s skyline and urban living experience. The building’s distinctive form begins with a square podium that aligns with the city grid and transitions into a 16-sided cylindrical tower as it ascends. This unique geometry not only creates a striking visual identity but also enhances natural light, provides expansive views, and offers generous outdoor spaces for residents. Approximately 75% of the 371 residential units feature private balconies or terraces, thoughtfully designed to offer protection from the elements and extend usability throughout the year.  

One Delisle is designed with sustainability at its core, targeting Toronto Green Standard Tier 1. The façade’s modular design balances solid walls and glass to improve insulation and energy efficiency, while the building’s structure minimizes material usage and construction time, reducing its carbon footprint.  

Residents will enjoy a suite of premium amenities, including a zero-edge indoor pool with double-height glazing, a comprehensive fitness center, a wellness spa featuring a dry sauna, Himalayan salt room, and eucalyptus steam room, as well as social spaces like a wine and cocktail lounge, chef’s kitchen, and dining room. Families are also catered to with a dedicated children’s playroom.  

Beyond the building itself, the development includes approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of new multi-level retail space and an expansion of the adjacent Delisle Park by about 50%, contributing to the revitalization of the neighborhood.
