The project features 11 treatment rooms, a staff room, and dedicated washroom facilities—each designed for comfort, efficiency, and smooth clinic operations. Our team is delivering full Building Permit Documents, interior fit-up design, construction drawings, specifications, and Contract Administration. By integrating coordinated M&E systems early, we help ensure a streamlined build-out, reduced construction risk, and a high-quality environment for both clients and staff.
