Located at 605 Queen Street, Lemont House is a historic Second Empire Style residence originally built in 1882 by William Lemont. After sitting vacant for years, the building faced the risk of irreversible disrepair—until it was granted heritage status in 2022 by the City of Fredericton.

Now undergoing a full restoration led by State Street Properties, this revitalization project blends heritage preservation with modern residential design.
