Project Description

Gateway Industrial Park is a 130,000 ft² industrial building that underwent an interior renovation, transforming the space from a former modular plant into a functional industrial facility. The renovation focused on adapting the interior layout to support new operational requirements while maximizing the building’s capacity and efficiency.
