Dundalk House is a modular supportive housing development located at 39 Dundalk Drive in Toronto. As Homes First’s inaugural modular housing site, it comprises 57 studio units designed to provide permanent housing for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. The facility offers 24-hour embedded support services, catering to residents with complex needs, including persistent mental illness, substance use challenges, cognitive impairments, and concurrent disorders. Tenant placements are managed through the City of Toronto’s PATHS referral system.
