Project Description

Design Works Engineering provided full Fire Protection Engineering services for College Manor, a four-storey residential development located at 1510 College Ave in Regina, SK. Our scope included detailed fire protection system design, hydraulic calculations, construction documents, and support through contract administration to ensure safe and compliant site execution.

College Manor offers modern urban apartments designed for comfort, convenience, and community living. Working alongside Infinity Fire Protection, we helped bring this 57-unit, 96,670 ft² building safely to occupancy. The project reflects our commitment to delivering reliable, code-aligned fire protection solutions for residential developments across Western Canada.
