Project Description

Castledowns Pointe is a residential rehabilitation project located in Edmonton’s Castle Downs neighbourhood, led by Harmani Investments. The project involves an existing four-storey condominium building comprising 83 residential units, totaling 91,528 ft² on a 2.15-acre site, with 131 parking stalls.

Following the issuance of development and building permits, construction is now underway to reinforce the structure, upgrade building systems, and improve overall safety and performance. Design Works Engineering is providing Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Modelling services, working alongside Dualita Architecture and KNN Construction Ltd. to support the building’s successful rehabilitation and long-term viability.
