Design Works Engineering provided structural and electrical engineering services for the Boston Pizza located in Clareview, Edmonton. The project focused on developing detailed structural plans for the exterior tower portion while maintaining the remainder of the building as originally designed. Electrical engineering services included comprehensive systems for power, lighting, communication, fire alarm, and security.

The facility is a single-storey commercial building totaling 7,661 ft², with a 6,965 ft² main level and a 696 ft² mezzanine. Our scope supported both functional operations and long-term performance of this high-traffic restaurant location.
