Design Works Engineering provided structural services for the tenant improvement of a new A&W restaurant in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Our work focused on ensuring the drive-through seamlessly integrated with the existing structure, including drawing production for window framing, analysis and relocation of cross bracing, and slab modifications.

Additional services included roof framing for RTU installation, foundations for the pylon sign, and apron construction around the shell building. Through careful planning, our team delivered solutions that maintained the integrity of the building while supporting A&W Canada’s operational needs — helping create a smooth and efficient customer experience from the moment guests arrive at the drive-through.
