Located in the vibrant Oakwood Village neighbourhood of York, Toronto, this existing high-rise apartment building offers 86 residential suites on 0.76 acres of land along a major transit corridor, providing excellent access and connectivity for residents. We completed detailed energy modeling on the building to evaluate its performance and identify upgrades aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability. This work ensures that the building not only continues to serve the community with quality housing but also aligns with modern environmental standards and long-term operational goals, reinforcing its role as a key residential asset in this dynamic urban area.
