Yolanda Yan is a Mechanical Designer at Design Works Engineering with over five years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and drainage design. She has contributed to commercial, institutional, retail, residential, and mixed-use projects through mechanical system design, equipment selection, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction documentation.

Her experience also includes site investigations, renovations, and retrofit projects. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, from the City University of Hong Kong and is currently working toward professional engineering licensure in Ontario.
