Ty Seifeddine is the Executive Vice President at Design Works Engineering, bringing over 15 years of experience across the construction and engineering industries. His career began in the field as a Project Coordinator, and through dedication and leadership, he advanced into roles including Lead Coordinator, Project Manager, and Director of Business Development at prominent CM/GC firms.
With a decade of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial construction, Ty has successfully managed complex, multi-use developments and offers a well-rounded perspective on both project execution and business growth. His work across unionized and non-unionized environments gives him a broad understanding of operational dynamics and project delivery.
At Design Works, Ty is instrumental in driving performance, overseeing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. His strong communication skills and client-first approach help ensure every project aligns with company goals and exceeds expectations.
Ty is also an active member of the Edmonton Construction Association (ECA) and contributes to the Young Builders Group (YBG).
Outside of work, Ty enjoys golfing in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and spending quality time with his family and young son.
