Mina Javankhoshraftar is a Structural Engineer-in-Training with a strong foundation in structural design, analysis, and construction. She holds a MASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa, where her published research advanced structural health monitoring through innovative use of fibre optic sensors in reinforced concrete. Mina’s expertise spans the design and evaluation of structural systems, material behaviour, and code compliance, supported by proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Known for her detail-oriented, solution-driven approach, she brings technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset to delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable structural solutions.
