We're looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Calgary team!

Design Works Engineering is looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Calgary team and lead impactful, high-profile projects across Canada.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, design, and oversee structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical direction.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
•Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.

What You Bring:

• P.Eng. in good standing with APEGA (other provincial registrations an asset).
• 7+ years’ structural engineering experience.
• Expertise in steel multi-family residential design (timber frame is a bonus).
• Proficiency in Risa3D, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
