Design Works Engineering welcomes Michael Lazaruk, a Civil Designer with 40+ years of experience in municipal, land development, and infrastructure projects—now leading CAD standards, quality control, and mentoring across our civil team.

📣 Introducing Michael Lazaruk — Civil Designer at Design Works Engineering

We're excited to introduce Michael Lazaruk, who has joined Design Works Engineering as Civil Designer.

Michael brings over 40 years of CAD and civil design experience, with deep expertise in municipal, land development, transportation, and aviation infrastructure projects. He has worked on a wide range of complex projects — from large residential subdivisions and commercial developments to major roadway, water, sewer, and airport infrastructure — and is highly skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley MicroStation.

At Design Works Engineering, Michael plays a key leadership role in CAD standards development, quality control, and staff training, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all civil deliverables. His attention to detail and commitment to mentoring make him a trusted resource for our teams and clients alike.
