Design Works is excited to share this up and coming project in Kitchener, ON! This 25-storey mixed-use apartment project contains a total of 248 residential units, and a 2-level underground parkade. The ground level features four retail units alongside the lobby, mail room, and storage area. The second floor features live/work units as well as a shared office space. Additional features include a green roof on the seventh floor, and both indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. We collaborated with IBI Group and CORE Architects on this incredible new space.
Design Works Engineering provided mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy modelling, sprinkler design, and rendering services on this project.
