Haydar looks back at the growth of Design Works.

From the desk of Haydar Al Dahhan:

Today I�m starting a new Friday tradition: sharing one thought, story, or lesson from my journey at Design Works.

When we opened our first office above a coffee shop in Grande Prairie, I never imagined how quickly we�d grow. Looking back, the common thread has been simple � people. The trust from clients, the commitment from our team, and the partnerships along the way.

Engineering is often seen as drawings and numbers, but to me it�s always been about relationships and trust. That�s what built Design Works, and it�s what keeps me excited for the future.

Here�s to kicking off this Friday tradition. Wishing you all a great weekend!
