Design Works is providing mechanical, electrical, energy modelling, and fire protection services for the 87-unit Terra Vale Senior Apartments in Sherwood Park, AB.

Our Senior Mechanical Engineer Gordon Hussell P.L.(Eng), LEED AP recently visited the Terra Vale Senior Apartments project to review the progress of the mechanical systems on behalf of Bakir Construction & Management.

Designed by KN Architecture, this 5-storey apartment building features 87 residential units and a 1 level parkade. Can-Der Construction is acting as the general contractor for this project.

On our end, Design Works is providing mechanical, electrical, energy modelling, and fire protection services.
