Refinery District Apartments

Design Works is delivering full multi-disciplinary engineering services for a two-building, 248-unit apartment development in Winnipeg, MB.

Building something special in the Refinery District!

Kay Leung, E.I.T. was on site in Winnipeg last week for a mechanical inspection on behalf of WestUrban Developments Ltd.

This project is a big one. The 3.35 acre site features two 6 storey apartment buildings, each with 124 units and 147 underground and outdoor parking stalls.

Design Works is providing civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, energy modelling and fire protection services on this project.

By having multiple disciplines all under one roof, we're able to provide a smoother customer experience, making it easier to manage massive projects like this.
