Our team was on site in Edmonton as part of the inspection process for the upcoming Rutherford Apartments Renovation project.

Last week, our team was on site in Edmonton as part of the inspection process for the upcoming Rutherford Apartments Renovation project for Ansept Construction.

Representing Design Works Engineering were Melvin John Barrientos, T.T. (Electrical Designer), Ghassan Ahmad, P.Eng. (Mechanical Engineering Lead), and Emmanuel (Manny) Mendiola, P.L. Eng., L.L. (Eng.), Engineering Licensee (Director of Electrical Design).

The crew got suited up, as ongoing asbestos abatement meant extra precautions were necessary to be on site.

Design Works is providing full mechanical and electrical engineering services for this 18-unit apartment redevelopment, including HVAC, plumbing, power, lighting, communication, fire alarm, and security systems.

Excited to see this project move into its next phase of design and revitalization.
