College Manor includes 57 modern apartment units in a 4-storey building.

Fire protection occupancy is officially complete at College Manor.

Our Fire Protection team wrapped up occupancy at 1510 College Ave in Regina, SK, supporting the safe turnover of this 4-storey, 96,670 ft² residential building. College Manor includes 57 modern apartment units, offering urban living with comfort, convenience, and a strong community feel.

We provided full Fire Protection Engineering services — including system design, hydraulic calculations, construction drawings, and support through site execution — to help bring this project to completion.
