Engineering is Global
The more perspectives you bring together, the stronger the solutions become.

When I started Design Works, I knew I didnt want us tied to just one market. Engineering isnt local its global. The more perspectives you bring together, the stronger the solutions become.
Early on, we saw that no two projects are the same. What works in Edmonton doesnt always work in Toronto, and what works in Toronto doesnt always work in Vancouver. Instead of seeing that as a challenge, we saw it as an opportunity.
Thats why weve expanded across Canada, the U.S., and the Philippines. Each office adds new experience, new ideas, and new perspectives and we bring those lessons forward to benefit every client, no matter where their project is located.
Being geographically diverse was never about growth for growths sake. It was about building a company that could adapt, innovate, and deliver smarter solutions.
That vision has guided us for the past 10 years and its what excites me about the next 10.
Have a great weekend, everyone!
