Breaking ground in Ottawa!

Construction is underway on a 9-storey mixed-use development

Construction is officially underway at 797 Richmond Road � a 9-storey mixed-use development that will bring 71 residential units, 2 levels of underground parking, and a rooftop amenity space directly across from the future Westboro LRT station.

This transit-oriented project will deliver new housing with high accessibility and long-term community value to a rapidly growing corridor of the city.

We�re proud to support this project with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection Engineering.

Congratulations to our client Chimel Architects and their partners Cairo Development Ltd. and Turn Group Construction � excited to watch this one rise.
