Strada Health and Fitness set to bring fitness, treatment, and wellness services to Nova Scotia.

Our team was recently on site in Bedford, Nova Scotia for the final Mechanical and Electrical inspection at Strada Health and Fitness — a key milestone as the project moves toward occupancy later this week.

This interior renovation brings together fitness, treatment, and wellness services in a thoughtfully designed, modern environment. From efficient mechanical systems supporting comfort and air quality, to coordinated electrical infrastructure powering specialized treatment spaces, this project highlights the importance of well-integrated MEP design in health-focused facilities.

We’re proud to have partnered with Iron Maple Constructors, and Design360inc to help bring this space across the finish line.
