We're excited to support a new multi-residential development in Merrickville-Wolford, Ontario.

We’re excited to support a new multi-residential development in Merrickville-Wolford, Ontario — a 3-storey, 16,093 ft² apartment building that will introduce 43 rental suites and 54 surface parking stalls to the community.

Designed by Ignite Architecture Inc. for client Moderna Homes Design Inc., the project brings much-needed housing to the region with a focus on modern systems, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Design Works Engineering is providing full Mechanical and Electrical services, including permit and construction drawings, interior fit-up, specifications, and contract administration — ensuring a streamlined path from approvals through to occupancy.

We're proud to help bring growth and new housing options to smaller Ontario communities.
