The Boyle Renaissance redevelopment has created a community that brings together a range of affordable and market housing opportunities. It will bring services such as accredited childcare, cultural opportunities, family services, park space, community gardens and social space to help create recreational opportunities for area residents.  

Vital Engineering has been completed the Mechanical and Civil Engineering services for the project.  Vital was instrumental in the implementation of a Combined Heat & Power Cogeneration (CHP) District Energy System (DES) which encompasses entire Boyle Renaissance project.  The response has been extremely positive by the City of Edmonton and user groups, and is the first of its kind in the Edmonton Area
