With four years of experience in civil engineering, Hazel works primarily in municipal engineering, supporting a range of development projects across Alberta and British Columbia. Her experience includes site servicing, grading design, and coordinating water, sanitary, and storm infrastructure to deliver practical, well‑integrated solutions. What Hazel enjoys most about civil engineering is seeing how thoughtful design directly contributes to building and improving communities. She particularly enjoys working through complex design challenges and developing solutions that support efficient, constructible site development. Outside of work, Hazel enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors with her two dogs. She values time with family, whether it’s going for long drives or playing card games together.
